Because many of our products are handmade and customized, orders require processing time before shipment.

Typical processing times:

• Custom products: 3–10 business days

• Memorial items and printed materials: 2-12 business days

• Large or bulk orders: 5–14 business days

Processing time may vary depending on order volume and customization details.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the package size and destination.

Shipping delivery estimates:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Custom Designs by Amy is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for delivery. If a package is lost or delayed, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim if necessary.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Local Pickup (If Available)

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive instructions once the order is ready.
