Refund & Return Policy

At Custom Designs by Amy, every item is carefully handcrafted and often personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Memorial keepsakes

  • Custom printed items

  • Personalized apparel

  • 3D printed products

  • Embroidery items

  • Custom party favors

  • Memorial programs or printed materials

Once an order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, spellings, photos, and details submitted are correctbefore placing the order. Custom Designs by Amy is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A description of the issue

If the error is determined to be our mistake, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
