Memorial Products Refund Policy

All Memorial Items Are Final Sale

All memorial products are custom-made specifically for each order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Funeral Programs
• Obituary Programs
• Memorial Buttons or Pins
• Memorial Shirts or Apparel
• Memorial Photo Keepsakes
• Memorial Posters and Displays
• Memorial Magnets, Keychains, or Jewelry
• Custom Memorial Gifts

 

Memorial Order & Funeral Deadline Policy

At Custom Designs by Amy/Walt’s Memorial Keepsakes & Print Shop, we understand the sensitive nature of memorial items such as obituary programs, memorial buttons, and keepsakes are often needed within a short timeframe for funeral or memorial services and have specific polices in place.

Order Cancellation

Because memorial items are often produced immediately after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once design or production has begun.

 

Customer Responsibility

Custom Designs by Amy/Walt’s Memorial Keepsakes & Print Shop is not responsible for copyright violations or unauthorized use of images submitted by customers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing their order. Walt’s Memorial Keepsakes & Print Shop is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including misspellings, incorrect dates, or incorrect photos.

Customers must provide all required information when placing their order, including:

• Correct spelling of names
• Dates of birth and passing
• Photos in high resolution
• Program wording and details
• Service date and time

Production cannot begin until all required information has been received.

Proof Approval/Quality

Customers submitting photos, text, or artwork for custom products confirm that they have permission to use the materials provided.

Photo Quality

For the best results, customers should submit high-resolution images. Low-quality photos may affect the final print quality.

We are not responsible for poor print results due to low-resolution images provided by the customer.

For memorial programs or printed items, a design proof may be provided for approval before printing.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof for spelling, dates, and layout errors before approving.

Once a proof is approved and printing begins, no further changes can be made or refunds can be issued.

Deadline Disclaimer

While we do our best to accommodate urgent memorial orders, we cannot guarantee completion if all required information is not provided in a timely manner.

We recommend placing memorial orders as early as possible to avoid delays.

Rush Order Policy

Rush orders are orders that are needed within a short deadline by our customers who need their items completed faster than our standard production time.

Rush Processing Fees

Rush fees will apply depending on the order size and the time required to complete the order. Customers should contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability.

Rush services prioritize your order in our production queue.

Availability

Rush processing is not always guaranteed and depends on:

• Current order volume
• Product type
• Production complexity
• Material availability

Rush services are not guaranteed until the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Rush memorial orders are prioritized in production and cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has started.

Payment

Rush orders must be paid in full before production begins.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue

If the error is determined to be our mistake, we will replace the item as quickly as possible.

Design Use

Any designs created by Custom Designs by Amy remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon
